Wild Immersion and the 4 MyPlanet association, founded by sailor Alexia Barrier, are partnering on an immersive, educational series about the ocean and its challenges. The ocean—the lungs of the planet and the cradle of life—is now threatened by overexploitation, pollution, and climate change.
This initiative aims to reconnect people of all ages with nature through emotion, exploration, and knowledge.

We’re looking for engaged sponsors to underwrite the production of 360° immersive episodes. A €50,000 contribution covers one episode and directly advances public awareness of ocean stewardship.

Episodes seeking funding
The production of eight 360° short films is in progress. Intended for viewing in virtual reality headsets, each film will immerse audiences in the ocean while addressing a key topic—from the essential role of plankton and photosynthesis to the diversity of coral reefs and the grandeur of great whales.

In this 360° dive into the heart of the oceans, explore the richness of marine life, from coastal zones through coral reefs to the open ocean. The oceans and their inhabitants, marine mammals, fish, and cephalopods are now under threat from global warming, which is disrupting marine ecosystems and their role as the planet’s lungs.
ALEXIA BARRIER
Alexia Barrier is a professional sailor passionate about protecting the oceans. In 2010, she founded the non-profit 4MyPlanet, which brings together sailing, science, and education to raise public awareness, especially among young people, of environmental issues. Her boat serves as an onboard scientific observation platform, collecting data for research while carrying out educational outreach around the world.
Through 4MyPlanet, she is committed to making the ocean a catalyst for action, knowledge, and hope for future generations.
