Wild Immersion, a Canadian enterprise
I am glad to announce that Wild Immersion is now officially registered as an Import-Export Non-Resident company in Canada. This decision has been encouraged by two elements in 2024:
Faithful partners in Canada
Thanks to the trust of our valued partners, Wild Immersion confirms its expertise in integrating immersive experiences in the different regions of Canada:
Ontario with THEMUSEUM and Royal Botanical Gardens
Québec with Musée de la nature et des sciences de Sherbrooke , Statera Experience and Espace pour la vie
Increasing opportunities for immersive experience creation
I traveled to Canada in June 2024 to meet our partners in person and discuss new opportunities for unique experiences! The Vancouver Aquarium, the Zoo de Granby, Science World, and the Biodome of Montreal opened their doors to us, allowing us to step into the shoes of their visitors and explore immersive and interactive ways to enhance the journey.
TRAJET BUSINESS TRIP:
Wild Immersion at a turning point in Canada
Collaborative efforts with the education team
In addition to our Education team, we collaborate closely with our partners’ Education teams to ensure our content is both scientifically accurate and aesthetically impeccable. For instance, the evolution of the “Drawings Jungle” with the team from Biodome is a testament to our collaborative efforts.
An Impressive Satisfaction Rate
The quality of our work is also evident in the experiences we offer. We notice a significant difference when staff are engaged on-site; the activities are conducted with enthusiasm and a smile! Feedback from our satisfaction survey at the Biodome includes high praise, with comments like,
“The presenters (Laurence and Béatrice) were really charming and very attentive!” and “It’s a beautiful activity to conclude a visit to the biodome.”
Immersive experiences on-site and off-site
Adrien’s sales manager for Wild Immersion in canada explain
My travels have allowed me to better understand how to rethink the educational reach of our activities, especially our immersive films. The experience should be seen as a continuum, not just as an educational tool with limited time.
Education pack and outreach programs
All activities will have a mobile version that the staff can take outside of the zoo and use for outreach programs, or for visitors to use at home, including:
- Portable VR equipment
- Interactive Drawings accessible for teachers and at home on tablets or smartphones including animal IDs and podcasts
- Atlas of Nature for teachers at schools and to continue exploring at home
Our experiences: Customization at its best
Creation of custom immersive films in Canada
Custom films are crafted to align with the specific themes and expectations of our partners, thereby enriching the visitor experience with content that is uniquely designed. For instance, at THEMUSEUM, we created a film centered on the biodiversity of the Savannah, aligning perfectly with the theme of the exhibition “Giraffe” . Even when not part of a complete experience, our films can serve as a valuable addition, enhancing existing exhibitions by adding depth and context.
Creation of a custom Interactive Drawing experience
At the Royal Botanical Garden, we created an Interactive Drawing for the “Alice in Bloomland” event, inspired by Lewis Carroll’s “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”. This feature has been pivotal in our collaboration, providing an engaging and educational experience for visitors.
Wild Immersion in Canada in 2025
Work on immersive spaces
We are now focusing on creating larger-scale spaces to transform our experiences into installations that offer immersive adventures to all visitors.
A year 2025 marked by domes!
We are also experts in producing high-quality films for large-scale screens, such as dome theaters. Our work delivers stunning and immersive visuals that captivate and educate audiences on a grand scale. Notably, our project “The Path of Totality” is a highlight, showcasing our capabilities in dome environments.
