Celebrating 40 years as the leading park for wolf preservation in Europe, Loups du Gevaudan has partnered with Wild Immersion to enhances its already deep and immersive wildlife preserve. Now, we take the magic of the suites in the heart of the preserve and hand it out to every guest, no matter where they are in the park! With the help of our Immersive technologies, we hope to extend that immersion to people all across the world.
Augmenting Immersion with park-wide AR
Thanks to the help of Wild Immersion’s comprehensive AR infrastructure, we were able to integrate a lengthy Augmented Reality (AR) track themed around the forest animals of Europe. For the young ones, you’ll find exciting themed activities, treasure hunts, and challenges, with a reward at the end! For the older crowd, we’ve included informative diagrams, delving into greater details on the lush and varied fauna right here in our backyards.
Augmented Reality offers a new perspective on engagement. Now, the information can leap off the installations and into the palm of your hand. Update information with more recent statistics on conservation efforts, add videos from experts, or create a second-screen lens for visitors to explore the inside of the animal dens. The possibilities are limitless!
Touching the heart with a new kind of emotional journey
Our immersive drawing experience invites visitors to bring European wildlife to life — from wolves to owls, deer, and other native species. These creations, projected into a shared digital forest, echo the real-world mission of rewilding Europe through the return of key species like the wolf.
At Loup du Gévaudan Park, this emotional and creative experience reinforces a powerful message: restoring apex predators means restoring balance — and protecting the ecosystems they help shape.

From our over 2200+ guests this summer, we’ve received valuable feedback that resonates with the heart of our mission. Out of the individuals sampled, over a third were aged 41 and over. 70% reported this was their first experience. Overall, above 90% of users reported they would participate again if new movies were shown.
